General Information

At Berlin Bunnies Rabbitry, we are committed to raising healthy, well-socialized rabbits. All of our rabbits are handled regularly and raised in clean, safe, and humane conditions.

Sales Process

1. Availability

• Rabbits will be listed for sale once they are 4 weeks old. They cannot leave before 8 weeks old.

• Listings will include sex, color, and date of birth.

2. Deposits & Reservations

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of price is required to hold a rabbit.

• Deposit holds the rabbit until they are 8 weeks old unless otherwise agreed.

• The remaining balance is due at or before pickup.

• If the buyer fails to pick up on the agreed date without communication, the deposit is forfeited, and the rabbit will be relisted.

3. Payment Methods

• Accepted: Cash, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Apple Pay (Friends & Family ONLY if using Apps)

• Full payment must clear before any rabbit leaves the rabbitry.

Pickup & Transport

• Local Pickup Only unless otherwise arranged.

• Rabbits must be picked up at the agreed-upon time and location. If they are not picked up and we discuss a later date, there will be a $5 a day boarding fee. 

• Transport services can be used at buyer’s expense. We are not responsible for delays, stress, or injury once the rabbit leaves our care.

• Bring a secure carrier with proper ventilation for transport.

Health Guarantee

• All rabbits are healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale.

• We do not offer refunds once a rabbit leaves our property, due to the stress of transport and new environments.

• A 48-hour health window is offered: If a vet certifies in writing that the rabbit was ill prior to sale, we may offer a replacement if available.

No Refund Policy

• All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We do not guarantee future size, fertility, show quality, or temperament.

• We do not buy back rabbits once sold.

Breeding Terms

• Pet-only rabbits must NOT be bred.

• Pedigrees are only provided for breeding stock, not rabbits sold as pets.

• Pedigree copies may be sent digitally or printed upon request.

Right to Refuse Sale

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a sale at any time, for any reason, including concerns for the welfare of the animal. If we cancel, any payments received will be refunded.
